March 2012

On Location

The kids were visiting with grandparents on Sunday, so Josee and I took advantage of the beautiful weather to get out and take a few portraits outdoors.

I have already fallen in love with the 70-200mm 2.8 vr11 for it’s sharpness, depth of field capability, and overall contrast.  Here are a few portraits from the day.

This rock wall was a great find and turned out  to be an excellent setting.

The wall had some great textures and moss growth

With this many leaves on the ground it felt more like a nice fall day  rather than late winter.

The weather change has got me excited for summer, I’m definitely ready to hang up the jacket and take the summer toy’s out.
